OtherTreasure - Data Deletion

Your data, your control.

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data that OtherTreasure holds about you. This page explains what data we store, what gets deleted, and how to submit a deletion request.

What Data We Store

We store only the information necessary to operate the App:

We do not store payment information, contact lists, or background location data.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

Note: Anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you is not subject to deletion because it contains no personal information.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1 - Delete Directly in the App (Instant)

Open OtherTreasure and sign in.

Tap the Profile icon -> Settings.

Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion, and all associated data will be removed within 30 days.

Option 2 - Request by Email

If you cannot access the App or prefer to request deletion manually, you may email us.

Send a message with the subject line:

"Data Deletion Request"

Include:

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed in using Facebook Login, you can also remove the connection between your Facebook account and OtherTreasure:

This revokes our access to your Facebook profile.

Important: Removing the app from Facebook does not delete the data stored in OtherTreasure. To fully delete your data, you must use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
